Description
- The Kite began as a pattern for a workshop coat and lost its buttons on the way. What remains is a generous shirt with a low yoke, deep armhole and a hem that falls straight.
- The poplin is washed twice before cutting, so it arrives already soft.

The making of it
Borrowed from the workroom
Our cutting table is covered in cotton drill, and the shirt our pattern cutter wears over everything is older than the studio. We measured it, widened the yoke, moved the pocket and left the rest alone.
