Description
- One pleat, folded away from the centre, gives the Fold its volume without adding weight at the waist. The leg is cut straight and long, and finished with a two-inch turn-up.
- In the heavier of the two cloths it holds a crease all day; in the lighter, it moves.

Wide trousers usually get their shape from the fabric. We wanted ours to get it from the pattern, so the volume is engineered into a single deep fold that opens as you walk and closes as you stand. It means the trouser reads narrow from the front and full from the side.
